As a Dietitian, I am constantly looking for ways to help my clients eat more unprocessed foods like fresh fruits and vegetables. After all, a diversity of plants in the diet is key for good overall and long-term health.

This mango salsa is the perfect way to easily get in 4 different veggies and 2 fruits in a super tasty and enjoyable way. This is also a fantastic dish to bring to a social gathering, it has been highly rated by all of my friends and family. Feel free to double the recipe for larger social gatherings.
