MY PHILOSOPHY
I believe the best way to stick to and THRIVE on a healthy diet is to follow the 80/20 method. About 80% of what we eat should come from minimally processed foods as close to their natural state as possible. The remaining 20% is for convenience foods, treats and going out.
With this approach, we can reap the countless benefits of a plant-centered diet while still enjoying the things we love without restriction!
In order to implement this, I will help you build sustainable habits, empower yourself with nutrition & cooking knowledge and develop a deep sense of self-compassion. Altogether, these steps will help you crush your goals and level up your life for good!
